DUO2DO is een samenwerking tussen Cahit Metin en Minka Parkkinen.
Wij bieden circusprojecten op maat. Dit kunnen zowel optredens, workshops of een combinatie hiervan zijn. De circustechnieken die wij beheersen zijn acrobatiek, contortionisme (slangenmens), jongleren, vuurmanipulatie, luchtacrobatiek, diabolo en eenwieleren.

 

In oktober 2006 ontmoetten Minka en Cahit elkaar in Parijs op een seminar voor Europees circus. Het was liefde op het eerste gezicht. Minka woonde toen nog in Norrköping in Zweden en Cahit in Amsterdam. Ze hielden contact via chat en telefoon en drie maanden later verhuisde Minka vanuit Zweden naar Nederland.
Ze zijn sinds begin 2007 samen en wonen en werken in Amsterdam.
 
Minka (1984) doet vanaf haar zevende jaar aan circus. Ze begon in Zweden bij een jeugdcircus en heeft daar vele circusdisciplines beoefend. Haar specialiteiten zijn contortionisme en acrobatiek.
Cahit (1981) doet ook vanaf zijn zevende aan circus. Ook hij begon bij een jeugdcircus. Zijn specialiteiten zijn acrobatiek, jongleren en fysiek theater.
 


DUO2DO is a cooperation between Cahit Metin and Minka Parkkinen.
We offer custom circus projects. This can be both perfomances, workshops or a combination of them both. The circus techniques that we master are acrobatics, contortionism, juggling, fire manipulation, aerial acrobatics, diabolo and unicycling.

In October 2006 Cahit and Minka met each other in Paris at a seminar about European circus. It was love at first sight. At that time, Minka still lived in Norrköping in Sweden and Cahit lived in Amsterdam in The Netherlands. They stayed in touch through chat and telephone and three months later Minka moved from Sweden to The Netherlands. 
They live and work together in Amsterdam since the beginning of 2007.
Minka (1984) started training circus when she was seven years old. She started at a youth circus and there she practiced many different circus techniques. Her specialties are contortionism and acrobatics.
Cahit (1981) has also been training circus since he was seven years old. He also started at a youth circus. His specialties are acrobatics, juggling and physical theatre.
